5) Support
These three to 12-month quarterly reviews working alongside a mentoring and coaching program that offers support for up to three years. This package is designed to bed in change management and make it work. It offers the support for individuals to make some serious decisions for the better in order to change their lives. With a high degree of support both from us and senior management, these individuals build trust in the those above and around them and dedicate themselves fully to the company and being the best they can be. We work closely with the individual as well as the management staff above them to ensure changes are being implemented and support is a priority.
